Software development for
Data concentrator unit (DO-178C, DAL C)

The DCU has two types of executable software depending on required behavior, which is established via pin programming (Sensor DCU and Stick Sensor Interface Control Assembly DCU). This specific DCU software consolidates signals of multiple data types from multiple sources (GPS sensor, Radar Altimeter, and some cockpit controls) and substitutes them to CAN messages/A429 messages and vice versa.

The prototype was successfully developed and debugged using the test bench and delivered to the customer.

In general, I consider Advalange to deliver very well under the dynamic constraints we work (changing/fuzzy requirements, changing priorities etc.). It may make the planning difficult sometimes, but Advalange is capable of adapting quickly. Also, as a customer, I feel that Advalange has the right sense of urgency/importance and that problems are solved in a collaborative and pragmatic way.
