The client, a leading manufacturer of eVTOL (Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft that is at a mature stage of development of the aircraft. All on-board systems required support in software development and verification for safety-critical on-board system (DAL A) Flight Control Computer (FCC).
FCC provides functions like Interface to aircraft sensors, Interface to displays and maintenance system for flight deck indications, Interface to other aircraft systems, and Sensor monitoring and voting. All activities must be performed strictly according to aviation industry standards, particularly DO-178C and DO-331.

Development and verification of the software for the Flight Control Computer (FCC), which interfaces with aircraft sensors, displays, the maintenance system, and other critical systems.
Conduct all development and verification activities in compliance with DO-178C and DO-331 standards.
Results
Software Design Description, Software High-level Requirements, Software Low-level Requirements, Source Code, Integrated Software
Requirements Review, Design Document Review, Source Code Review, Test Cases and Test Procedures Running using VectorCAST tool and Simulink Test.
All development and verification activities are fully compliant with DO-178C, DO-331 and company standards and methods.
